Alongside her wedding work, Akua also has experience in fashion and photographic makeup and hairstyling. Working in several central London studios she has experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

As a result of this experience, she is used to working with people of all nationalities and ages.

Akua started her makeup and hairstyle training with Pam Wrigley over 4 years ago, and her work has gone from strength to strength.

Alongside her wedding and fashion work, Akua also teaches braiding and hairstyling at Create Beautiful Hair, alongside award-winning stylist Pam Wrigley.
